When In Roma

Everyone's been asking me about my Italy pictures for a while now...sorry guys...sangatlah malas nk upload...malas malas! I did force myself to upload pictures from Roma already at least...only Firenze and Venezia left...lepas ni, janji! :p

So, just as a reminder to myself more than anything, we went to Rome on the (checking for my journal)..err..malas nak keluar dr selimut...(i'll just ask Hajar) ...
aha...18th March '08,Tuesday at 4.20pm from Bristol Airport...this is a 3 day planning only (I'm with Hajar,remember?) so, Alhamdulillah everything worked out
One minute We're in Bristol then next we're already in Rome,Italy...searching for our bed for the night, the Navigator Hostel on Via Buonarroti

Our first day in Rome was spent...well, u can say typically. we went to the Colosseum, of course and the Foro Roma, just to name the places that i remember...Haha

I didn't have much photos of myself in Italy, unfortunately...what few pictures that do have me in it is in Hajar's camera and, well, she left it in Venice

Before we went to Italy, Adriana and me did a few fast research (Wikipedia) and read that in Rome, when approached by someone wanting to to tie some sort of bracelet on ur wrist,...don't let them...it's a trick to get you to pay for the measly bracelets made out of thread which you can do it yourself even...Haha...and guess what Hajar did? after we warned her? She went ahead and did it still...when asked why o whyyy?? the answer was "saje nak tau camne die cakap utk dapat duit tu" ....pengsann

One guy came up to me wanting to tie the stoopid 'lucky' bracelets but after refusing 10-20 times he finally gave up and high-fived me for not falling for it...huahahaha

Oh oh...and we decided to do a caricature of the two of us together...(excited excited)since the examples looked awesome...

and we got... err...thispengsan!!...guess which is which

now i know that the distortion of the cheeks of Hajar's face is...walah!! my face.

Italy is so full of beautiful things (including the guys)...didn't get to see much yet...i would like to go there again...any body wana teman me?
